Evangelos Patrinos (1880-1942)
Evangelos Patrinos, a Greek engineer born and raised in Russia, was educated at the École Centrale Paris and was fluent in Russian, French, German, and Greek. In 1919 he established the first professional office in Greece devoted to intellectual property. His international background and pioneering vision laid the foundation for a practice built on innovation, integrity, and excellence.
Anna Patrinos - Kilimiris (1934-)
Anna Patrinos-Kilimiris, who holds a Law degree from the University of Salonica, joined the office of her uncle Evangelos Patrinos while still a university student. Together with her late husband, Tassos Kilimiris, she expanded and modernized the firm, building upon its strong foundations and reputation. Admitted to practice before Greece’s highest courts and active in leading international IP organizations, Anna played a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s global presence and prestige.
Tassos Kilimiris (1928-2018)
A graduate of the University of Athens Law School, Tassos Kilimiris dedicated more than 55 years to the practice of intellectual property law, making a lasting contribution to the development of Greek IP law and case law. Honored by the Athens Bar Association for over half a century of service to the profession, he was widely respected for his knowledge, dedication, and passion. Together with his wife, Anna Patrinos, he transformed Patrinos & Kilimiris into one of Greece’s foremost IP law firms.
