- Prosecuting Patent applications before the Greek and European Patent Office and the WIPO
- Validating granted European Patents in Greece
- Filing Utility model and Supplementary Protection Certificate applications before the Greek Patent Office
- Filing and prosecuting Patent applications abroad through a network of foreign associates and managing IP portfolios for Greek and foreign clients
- Providing opinions on validity, enforceability and infringement
- Assisting clients to enforce/ defend their IP rights and develop their strategy in enforcing/defending these in Greece or in the context of multi‐jurisdiction litigation projects
- Conducting Patent searches (prior art, status)
- Patent annuity services
